Foundrhood is a digital technology studio and SaaS provider. All services, custom web architectures, digital assets, and software access are delivered electronically via email, staging servers, and cloud repositories. No physical shipping is required.
Nature of Services & Mode of Delivery
These Terms govern the use of Foundrhood services, operated by Foundrhood Ventures ("we", "us", or "our"). All offerings provided by Foundrhood constitute digital services, software development, design assets, and cloud software access. Consequently:
- No Physical Shipment: We do not dispatch physical parcels or tangible items. There are zero shipping or freight charges.
- Electronic Delivery Channels: All project deliverables are handed over via secure electronic methods, including registered email, GitHub/GitLab repositories, Figma asset links, and live deployed web domains.

Delivery timelines vary based on the package or custom scope selected:

Order Confirmation & Project Kickoff
Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway:
- An automated confirmation receipt and GST tax invoice will be sent to your registered email immediately.
- Within 24 business hours, our technical project lead will initiate contact to verify brand assets, project scope, and establish your staging timeline.
- Iterative milestone previews are hosted on secure staging URLs for review prior to final deployment.
Final Deliverables & Handover Protocol
Project completion is finalized once you review and sign off on the staging build:
- Production Deployment: Publishing the verified codebase to your custom domain with configured SSL certificates.
- Source Code Transfer: Complete repository handover (GitHub/GitLab/ZIP archive) granting 100% intellectual property rights.
- Admin & Tooling Credentials: Delivery of CMS logins, API keys, and documentation.
